Alex Kotai has worked in the mortgage brokerage business for well over 10 years. His career started at HSBC Bank Canada where he spent most of his time in senior management roles which involved training and managing the sales staff at his branch. After leaving HSBC, Alex decided to open his own mortgage brokerage firm, Your Mortgage Source. Through his company, Alex has access to many lenders across the country with a very expansive list of products.

Alex has lived in the community of Abbotsford for many years and has an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. He has contacts in all fields of the market including lawyers, notaries, real estate agents and home inspectors. In addition to his experience in the mortgage business, Alex has a wealth of knowledge obtained through his educational background which includes a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
